Therefore, after the loss of molybdenum wire and its life is over, especially when it is going to cut one part once for a long time, in order to avoid wire breakage during cutting and ensure the processing quality, new molybdenum wire should be replaced in time.
(3) Wire breakage caused by improper tensioning force of wireline cutting molybdenum wire. The length and reasonableness of the wire walking path have great influence on the tension, and the new molybdenum wire should first adjust the tension evenly, if the molybdenum wire is too tight, it is easy to break the wire; If the aluminum wire is too loose, the key wire is easy to short circuit back after elongation, and the molybdenum wire is easy to break if jumping out of the regulating wheel. Therefore, molybdenum wire tension should be regularly adjusted to the appropriate size.
(4) The broken thread caused by the broken thread head is abolished. The molybdenum wire cut off from the fixed end of the molybdenum wire will also break if it is mixed into the wire or stacked on top of the wire barrel, so the cut molybdenum wire should be placed in a special container to avoid wire breaking.
(5) Aluminum wire folding or folding caused by broken molybdenum wire is not resistant to bending, so molybdenum wire folding or folding in the storage barrel is easy to cause broken wire, which must be paid attention to when the wire or adjust the tension of molybdenum wire.
